So You Think You Can Dance - 2009 Tour Dates & Hotels near Venues

FOr Several years now "So You Think You Can Dance" on Fox TV in the USA has done a phenomenal job of bringing quality dance to prime time. Not a formula that TV execs might have figured on but a winner any way you look at it. Following each season, and there's another planned for fall, the Top 10 dancers and a few other favorites from the show, hit the road on an "American Idol" style Tour. I was lucky enough to see one of the 2008 SYTYCD Tour shows and I have to say I can't do anything but recommend it as a good night out, particularly if your a fan of contemporary dance styles, and want to encourage some very talented youngsters as they grow into stars. Favorite choreographed routines from the season, new specially created pieces, and genre specific solos are featured in a big night of entertainment.

Tickets face price are between $38.50US and $56.00US and they go onsale to the general public Sat, 07/25/09 10:00 AM EDT at the ticketmaster website, with Internet presale from 10am to 10pm EST Friday 24th September.
